1. Shipping within Pakistan
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Watches, Sunglasses, and Hair Oil: Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 4-5 business days.
- Tracksuits (Coming Soon): We will provide specific delivery timelines for our tracksuit collection once it becomes available.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping is free on all orders above PKR 5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of PKR 200 will be applied. Your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- Shipping Carrier: We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your items are delivered securely and on time. You will receive an email with your tracking number and the courier’s name once your order has been dispatched.
2. Order Tracking and Communication
- Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your package’s progress.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or public holidays, can cause delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.
3. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please keep all original packaging and the damaged item(s). We will work with the courier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or a refund.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist you in tracking the package and, if it cannot be located, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- We offer a complimentary return policy within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sunglasses and Watches: These items must be returned with their original cases and cleaning cloths.
- Hair Oil: Due to its nature, hair oil can only be returned or exchanged if the seal is unbroken and the product is unused.
- The original delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Payment Options
- We accept a variety of payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments. When choosing COD, please have the exact amount ready for the courier.
